Most cakes are decorated on the outside and forgotten on the inside. Ours are built to be cut — brown-butter sponge, a different cream at every seam, and a ganache that sets just soft enough to give under the knife.

Baked Wednesday to Sunday
We bake what the Wednesday market gives us, so the list is short and it changes. Everything is a 6-inch, four-sponge cake unless you ask otherwise. Slices from the counter at 120 EGP, while they last.
The house rule
A cake should look better cut than whole.

How a whole cake happens
Everything is made to order in one small room, so the clock matters more than the form. Send a message, tell us the day, and we do the rest.
Message us with the date, the size, and which of the four you want. We confirm within the hour and take half up front.
Sponges go in the evening before and rest covered until morning. Fillings, ganache and assembly happen on the day — nothing is frozen.
Ready from 10:00 at the counter, boxed and tied. Let it sit out thirty minutes before you cut — the ganache needs to soften.
